Details: Grace Lutheran Church (LCMC), is accepting applications for a salaried, full-time coordinator of youth ministries. GLC is a five year old congregation, formed "To teach the truth of the Word to the glory of God." With a strong emphasis on the Lutheran Confessions, GLC has 140 member families and averages 135 individuals in weekly worship. The church is located at 15571 Highway B, Hayward, Wisconsin 54843. We are in a building program and plan to break ground this summer. The new facility will be located 1 block from the high school and middle school. We have an active children's ministry on Wednesday afternoon, (pre-K through 5th grade) and a three year confirmation (grades 6-8), and an active middle school Bible study. The primary emphasis for this position will be relational youth ministry with the middle school and high school youth. Secondary responsibilities will include involvement in primary education and helping train, equip, support, and encourage volunteer youth ministry leaders. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree with training in youth ministry or equivalent experience.
